Josh is a highly skilled lettings consultant and sales negotiator who focuses on vetting initial tenant and buyer enquiries and conducting property viewings with suitable applicants. Josh works tirelessly to react quickly to new instructions, staying in close contact with his database of registered applicants and relocation agents to secure good quality offers for landlords and vendors early-on in the lettings process.
