We work closely with our sister office based in Ealing Broadway and also have a strong relationship with the other London based Martin & Co offices. We have many landlords with property portfolios spanning across our area along with the other areas in the capital.

The team has over 50 years of experience in the property industry and the office is managed by Sarb Rai.

We work with a number of corporate and portfolio landlords and we specialise in modern new build furnished and unfurnished luxury apartments. We aim to offer a major brand service with the personal touch and our main objective is to find the right tenant.

Transport links are excellent to and from central London and further afield. The M4 motorway starts from Brentford, with easy access to the M25 and M3 along with the arterial routes of A4 and A406. Public transport includes 24 hour bus links with the N9 night bus running from central London all the way to Heathrow Airport. Brentford and Kew Bridge Mainline stations provide direct links to Waterloo within 25 minutes with easy access to the underground.

At Martin & Co Brentford we have established a close working relationship with a number of locally based companies including GSK (GlaxoSmithKline), Worley Parsons and Sky to who we regularly rent properties to.

Griffin Park is home to Brentford Football Club and Chelsea Football Club Reserves (from 2002 until 23 September 2005 it was the home of the London Broncos rugby league club - subsequently they were renamed Harlequins Rugby League and transferred to The Stoop). Brentford is the only place in the country with a pub on all four corners of the football club ground.

Gunnersbury Park Museum is the local museum for the Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow and situated in Gunnersbury House. It contains many archaeological finds including hundreds of flints, plus Roman and Viking weapons found in Brentford. It also has displays of costumes and changing displays on other subjects of local interest. The house was formerly occupied by the Rothschild family and although they did not leave any contemporary furniture or fittings, some of the decorative schemes have been well preserved.
