Our experienced Letting Agent, Stephen Frost is a Fellow of the ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents). Stephen owns the Braintree & Witham Franchise as well as Chelmsford. As well as being close to Clacton’s beaches Braintree is just a short drive away from the artist, Thomas Gainsborough’s beautiful, rural countryside of Suffolk.

Further afield to the south the M11 motorway allows access into London and to London’s ring road, the M25. To the north, the M11 affords access to Cambridge and the A14 road. From the A120 road to the east access can be gained to Colchester, approximately 17 miles and 30 minutes by road and further afield to Clacton’s beaches and the Port of Harwich www.harwich.co.uk approximately 40 miles. Further afield, London Liverpool Street is an hour from Braintree on the Great Eastern Line service www.nationalrail.co.uk with trains running approximately every 30 minutes during peak commute times with a direct route into London.
