Vicki Thorne is our Property Management Co-ordinator and has a wealth of experience in the property management field with excellent customer service skills. Vicki manages our stringent referencing department and ensures efficiency throughout the system, whilst keeping our landlords fully informed along the way.

Gavin Riach has recently joined us as our Lettings Co-ordinator.  Originally from Bath in the West Country, Gavin moved to the East Cliff a few years ago and loves the sea air!  He has extensive experience in property management and a passion for getting things correct on the first attempt.

Emily Hunter is our Lettings Negotiators who has a unique ability to match the right tenant to the right property, fast! Emily’s ‘Let on First Viewing’ ratio is excellent and her ability to confidently pre-qualify our applicants makes it easy for her to ensure each tenancy is secure from the start.
