Martin & Co Bournemouth is located on Old Christchurch Road – in the heart of the Town Centre. We have been trading for the last eight years, and have a team who are passionate about lettings with combined experience of over 25 years locally.

 

Martin & Co Bournemouth are proud members of the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade & Commerce and NHS Online offering a close relationship with all NHS employees within the Bournemouth area. Martin & Co Bournemouth also work very closely with fellow Martin & Co offices such as Poole, Ringwood and the New Forest offices.

 

Our area covers Westbourne, Alum Chine, West Cliff, Bournemouth, East Cliff, Charminster, Moordown, Winton, Throop, Muscliffe, Kinson, Northbourne, Ensbury Park and Wallisdown. Boscombe, Southbourne, Christchurch, Mudeford and Burton.

The Bournemouth team

Rebecca Martin – Proprietor – Rebecca started the Bournemouth Franchise in 2002 and has worked in the industry for over 15 years. Rebecca was a Lettings Manager in London for a number of years before moving to Bournemouth to set up the franchise.

 

Rob Cooke – Proprietor – Rob has lived in the Bournemouth area all of his life and has been working in the business for over 9 years, he’s currently studying for the ARLA Technical Award. Previously he was a Personal Trainer and worked for a leading leisure club for 9 years and still keeps fit on a regular basis at the local West Hants Club and is also a keen member of a local Cricket Team.

 

Kim Bartlett – Property Manager – Worked in the industry for 8 years and is a member of ARLA due to her ARLA 1 qualification, she has worked for Martin & Co Bournemouth for over 3 years and previously has worked in a variety of roles including Lettings Manager for a local agent. Kim enjoys socialising and walking her border terrier ‘Charlie’.

 

Richard Chubb - Lettings Negotiator - Richard has recently moved to the Bournemouth area having lived in Bridport for a number of years and was working within a large lettings & sales agency.

 

Vicki Thorne - Property Management Co-Ordinater - Vicki has recently moved to the Bournemouth area with her 3 1/2 year old son and brings with her a wealth of experience and

excellent customer service skills.
