Long hours of sunshine and an award winning beach make Bognor Regis one of the most popular seaside resorts on the South Coast. There is good access to the A27 and A259 which facilitates good links to Chichester, Portsmouth, Worthing and Brighton.

 

Chichester city centre arranged largely within a pedestrian area has an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The city skyline is dominated by the 12th century cathedral and is well known for its internationally recognised Festival Theatre, Pallant House Gallery and the annual festivities centred on the cathedral. 

 

Other activities in the area include a wide range of golf courses, horse racing at both Goodwood and Fontwell, sailing in Chichester Harbour and walking in the South Downs countryside.
