Martin & Co Belfast have a dedicated team with many years of property lettings and management experience.

 

Gordon Campbell, Proprietor of the Belfast office is responsible for managing and developing the business.

 

Joan Greenaway, Office Supervisor looks after the general management of the office, processing rents and Landlord payments and controls the renewals process.

 

Chris Ireland is our Lettings Negotiator, is responsible for all of the tenant viewings.  He controls the lettings process from viewing to application down to the signing of the lease.

 

David Filer is our Property Manager, he looks after all the tenancy signings as well as property handovers to new tenants, maintenance issues and property inspections.

 

Matthew McCready is our  Lettings Administrator, he keeps our website up-to-date and completes the referencing of new tenants.  He also produces all of the lease agreements for tenant signings.

Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland is a great place to live and work with loads on offer in the city centre and surrounding area.   It sits on the North East of Ireland at the mouth of the River Lagan.  Once upon a time it had the largest ship yard in the world; it here that the famous Titanic was built in 1911/12.

 

Belfast is surrounded by beautiful mountains which create a special micro-climate, perfect for horticulture.  There are over forty public parks in the area and the beautiful botanical gardens rest in the city centre for visitors and residents to enjoy.  In entertainment The Water Front Hall is a world class concert venue which attracts top performers like Sean Lock and Jimmy Car.   What’s more The Odyssey Area and the new Titanic Quarter Development offer luxury living and outstanding entertainment.

 

Belfast city centre is easily accessed via the M1 and M2 motorways. Most areas of our territory have good bus, rail and road links to the city centre.  It’s a great place to live and work because Belfast offers so much within a short distance.  

 

 We are always lookingfor more properties to satisfy tenant demand. Most often we are short off 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhouses, which are popular with professionals.  We are also on the lookout for 3 bedroom properties for families who move to the area.
