Nicola- Lettings Manager

Paul- Property Manager

Paul has over 25 years experience in the property sector. Paul's main responsibilities include: managing all property maintenance issues, liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for work to be carried out on properties and to arrange and carry out property inspections. Paul's role is crucial to ensure both the Landlord and the Tenant remain happy throughout their tenancy agreement.

 

Daniella- Lettings Negotiator

Daniella has experience in selling properties thanks to her previous employment in a leading estate agent. Daniella’s main responsibilities include registering applicants and matching them to properties, arrange and attend viewings, and to provide practical solutions to Landlord’s with regards to achieving a prompt let. Daniella’s enthusiasm makes her a great asset to the team. 

 

Kerry- Lettings Co-ordinator

Kerry has also worked for a large estate agents in Banbury. This is valuable because all of her skills have been transferable.
