Nicola joined the team in 2007 and is a fellow of ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents.) Nicola's main responsibilities include: building and maintaining relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants. Dealing with new applicants and carrying out viewings; overseeing the application process and ensuring tenancies are set up; business advertising and local marketing.
Paul - Property Manager
Paul has over 25 years experience in the property sector. Paul's main responsibilities include: managing all property maintenance issues, liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for work to be carried out on properties and to arrange and carry out property inspections. Lucretia has a high level of experience in customer service which is vital for her role within the company.
