Nicola- Lettings Manager

Nicola joined the team in 2007 and is a fellow of ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents.) Nicola's main responsibilities include: building and maintaining relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants. Dealing with new applicants and carrying out viewings; overseeing the application process and ensuring tenancies are set up; business advertising and local marketing.

Paul - Property Manager

Paul has over 25 years experience in the property sector. Paul's main responsibilities include: managing all property maintenance issues, liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for work to be carried out on properties and to arrange and carry out property inspections. Paul's role is crucial to ensure both the Landlord and the Tenant remain happy throughout their tenancy agreement.

Olivia Lecocq - Office Co-ordinator

Olivia is the office co-ordinator and administrator and plays a vital role in organising the office. Olivia is also involved in dealing with any rent arrears and has sole responsibility for the renewals of the property portfolio.

Marcel Villa - Business Progression Consultant

Marcel is responsible for providing key information on the current property market, investment opportunities and capital growth. He carries a vast amount of experience and knowledge from working in London and is now able to offer his knowledge on the Oxfordshire area. His role is to increase the businesses property portfolio and to build client rapport.

Tom Mizen - Sales Department Manager 

Tom is reponsible for ensuring that the sales department is running effectively and efficently. Tom carries a vast amount of experience within the property industry and selling process. Over the years Tom has been credited for his performance and is happy to provide clients of Martin & Co with the knowledge and experience he has acquired. 

Lucretia Brindley - Property Consultant - Sales Marketing

Lucretia is within our sales department and carries a Business Management & Marketing Degree with further qualifications in I.T. Lucretia's main responsibilities include sales marketing and applicant registration whilst also delivering the step by step sales service through to completion. Lucretia has a high level of experience in customer service which is vital for her role within the company.
