We have a well established property portfolio of over 450 managed and tenant find properties situated in Banbury and the surrounding areas. We have just recently sold our house with Martin and Co and received excellent service from them. From the minute we contacted their office they had a potential buyer lined up and our house was pretty much sold before they had even posted the advert! Throughout the whole experience which was made quite complicated by other members of the chain, they were always willing to help and act as go betweens to speed the process on. Lu kept us informed every step of the way and often did the job of other estate agents to make sure everybody in the chain knew where they stood. On the one occasion we had any concerns, David the manager was extremely approachable and supportive and immediately set out to resolve the problem to a very satisfactory conclusion. Nicola has worked at Martin & Co since 2007 and is ARLA qualified. Her main responsibilities include: building and maintaining relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants. Qualifying new applicants and carrying out viewings; overseeing the application process and ensuring tenancies are running smoothly; business advertising and local marketing.

Paul Kelly — Property Manager

Paul has over 25 years experience in the property sector. Paul's main responsibilities include: managing all property maintenance issues, liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for work to be carried out on properties and to arrange and carry out property inspections. Paul's role is crucial to ensure both the Landlord and the Tenant remain happy throughout their tenancy agreement.

Duane is the latest addition to Martin & Co and has a wealth of experience in customer facing roles. Duane will be responsible for tenant enquiries and overseeing the latest health and safety projects and legislation requirements in the industry. Duane will also assist Paul in day to day maintenance requirements from tenants.
