We have just recently sold our house with Martin and Co and received excellent service from them. From the minute we contacted their office they had a potential buyer lined up and our house was pretty much sold before they had even posted the advert! Throughout the whole experience which was made quite complicated by other members of the chain, they were always willing to help and act as go betweens to speed the process on. Lu kept us informed every step of the way and often did the job of other estate agents to make sure everybody in the chain knew where they stood. Nicola has worked at Martin & Co since 2007 and is ARLA qualified. Her main responsibilities include: building and maintaining relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants. Qualifying new applicants and carrying out viewings; overseeing the application process and ensuring tenancies are running smoothly; business advertising and local marketing.
