ASHFORD IS RIGHT UP PORTAS STREET

Ashford has been shortlisted to receive government funding to improve the town centre.  The town has put in a bid which is being headed by retail guru, Mary Portas, as part of the governments initiative to improve town centre offerings.  Watch this space for further details.  I am part of the Ashford Town Partnership and we are meeting in April to confirm the next step to improving the town centre further so fingers crossed, things should start moving in the right direction. What do you think?  Please let me know.
