Rent paid to you on time every month whether the tenant pays or not, 24 help line, legal costs met should you need to remove a tenant for any breach of the tenancy agreement, tenant monitor (notifies us of any change to your tenant s credit score) and even covers you for significant tenant damage. Appraisal, marketing, viewings referencing, arranging inventory, ensuring you meet legal obligations, protecting the deposit, tenancy agreement, booking check in, collection of rent, regular management visits, maintenance, renewal and rent review, end of tenancy, utility management.
