Alison Donnelly, Director, leads the Ashford Team in service delivery.  Alison as Director personally meets all the landlords and properties managed by the team. 

 

Vicky Latter, Property Manager, has the responsibility to manage all the property maintenance and liaise with tenants and landlords. It really is essential that we have Vicky to ensure that all properties are kept to a high standard.

 

Nicola Rosindell, Lettings Co-ordinator is the back bone of the team ensuring all the administration and front of house runs smoothly. Nicola brings experience as an Inventory Clerk locally in Ashford and Office Manager.

 

Megan Benn, Trainee Lettings Co-ordinator, recently joined the team in April.  Megan is a familiar face in Ashford, bringing a bundle of customer service skills from LLoyds TSB in Ashford.
