The Andover team

Carole Bazzoni - Has been an Estate Agent in Andover on and off for several years. She has several years experience in Customer Service, and has undergone comprehensive training on Martin & Co systems.

 

Amanda Robinson - Has extensive experience from previously working for LSL, and is known for her organizational skills and friendly manner. 

 

Live and rent in Andover

Andover is a great location – with easy access to all the major road networks as well as being close to the New Forest and the south coast. The main line train station takes you to London Waterloo in just over an hour.

 

The award winning Harrow Way Community School attracts a lot of families to the area. Young professionals also make up a large proportion of our tenants, and we’re constantly looking for two bedroom houses, especially period properties. Andover has a busy night life in the town centre with several pubs and also The Club at Life in London Street, just off the High Street. It is also home of the recently re-opened Lights Theatre and the newly opened Reel Cinema. The area in general has very low levels of crime and unemployment, so is the ideal place to start a family.

 

The most popular type of rental property in our area is two bedroom houses, especially properties with period features.

The vast majority of our Landlords are investor landlords who are looking to maintain their portfolios long term, with no prospect of selling in the near future.
