The Branch 

The Estate Agency in Aldershot is on Victoria Road in the centre of town with easy access by road and public transport.  Our office was launched in 2009 and our territory covers all of Aldershot, Ash, Ash Vale, Farnborough, North Camp, Fleet and Church Crookham.

The Aldershot office has neighbouring branches in Camberley, Farnham, Guildford, Fleet and Basingstoke. We work closely to make sure Landlord’s properties receive maximum exposure and tenants requirements are met.

The Aldershot Estate Agency branch is run by business partners James Wiggins and Richard Oldaker.  James and Richard have a combined estate agency experience of over 20 years and pride themselves on giving the highest levels of customer service to both Landlords and tenants.

Branch Administrator, Linda Gunner, has 10 years experience in the property industry and coordinates the lettings move in process from tenant referencing to the move in day. Linda also supports the Estate Agency side of the business by oranising all day to day administration.

Laura Barker is the Property Manager and liaises with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and cost effectively.

Stephanie Foster joined the team at Martin & Co in February 2013 to assist Laura in the busy property management department. Stephanie ensures maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and also conducts the majority of the property inspections.

Bradley Phillips joined the team in March 2013 and is being trained to deal with applicant enquiries, carry out viewings and liaise effectively with Landlords and tenants. He is a highly motivated and conscientious member of the team.

Kerry Bartlett is a Trainee Lawyer. Kerry works at Martin & Co on Saturdays to boost the team and to ensure all commitments are met on this busy day.

Aldershot is around a one hour drive South West of London and is home of the British Army, with countless barracks stationed here.  Aldershot is close to Junction 4 of the M3 and has a mainline train station to London. Fleet has a mainline train station to London Waterloo and is accessed via Junction 4a of the M3.

The world renowned Farnborough Airshow attracts people from all over the world to the area.  The show celebrates the history of Aviation and the weekend air show is a spectacle to behold. There are many companies and businesses that have recently set up in the Farnborough area following the redevelopment of the town centre; CSC, Nokia, IBM are just a few of these.   There is a mainline station in Farnborough with a train direct to London or by car there is easy access to the M3 and M25.
