Property Professional Show kicks off in London
UK property investment professionals will be able to benefit from the latest news and advice on the buy-to-let sector at a major exhibition in London this week.
Taking place on May 10th and 11th at the Olympia, the Property Professional Show will feature a dedicated area for landlords and letting agents.
The Landlord Live zone, hosted by the National Landlords Association (NLA), will stage live property auctions and an exhibition of rental market solution providers.
A series of workshops will be held over the two days and all will be free to attend.
Guest speakers will include Paul Shamplina from Landlord Action, who will be providing guidance on finding good tenants, and Richard Bowser, editor of Property Investor News, who will discuss investment in today's market.
Other topic areas include property insurance, mortgages, inventories, tenant referencing, local housing allowance changes and tax planning.
Experts will also talk about the opportunities available for buy-to-let investors in the run up to the Olympic Games in London.
David Salusbury, chairman of the NLA, said the event is designed to give landlords the confidence they need to plan for the future.
"Representatives and suppliers from right across the property industry will be attending," he remarked.
"NLA Landlord Live is the must attend event for landlords, whether they are just starting out in the lettings business or already established as a portfolio investor."
More than a hundred buy-to-let properties will be on sale at the Property Professional Show over the two days.
