Martin & Co Crawley broke all previous records on Saturday 13th August by checking a tenant in to a property just 45 minutes after the offer was made. The tenant had been left out in the cold by a local agent that withdrew a property just hours before he was supposed to move in. New Senior Negotiator, Derek Hussain said “I am proud to be working as part of a great team. After I had conducted the viewing and agreed the offer the entire team at Martin & Co Crawley worked together to complete the referencing, produce all the contracts and arrange the check-in, all within an hour.”

Welcome Derek
Derek Hussain, 26, has joined lettings specialists Martin & Co Crawley as a Senior Negotiator. Having spent three years developing and growing the Martin & Co brand on the South Coast Derek has made the move to Crawley to assist the established team with the current high levels of demand.
Derek said: “I am delighted to be part of the Crawley team. Martin & Co has established a superb name and reputation across the country and I am looking forward to contributing to the success of the network throughout the Gatwick area.”
Derek will be joining a team of nine already based in the Crawley office. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator Derek will be working with both landlords and tenants to ensure landlord’s properties are rented to keep void periods to a minimum and tenants are matched to the appropriate property type according to their personal requirements.

Another Record
Angela Tymms, Senior Negotiator at Martin & Co Crawley chalked up another personal best last Wednesday lunchtime by achieving four lets from four consecutive viewings. Angela said “I qualified all four prospective tenants and correctly matched each one to the right property but to rent all four properties shows just how high the current demand is for property in the Crawley and Gatwick areas”.
