We offer a comprehensive induction course when you join Martin & Co. There are also a number of training courses on offer as part of the well-established Training Academy. Courses are offered at varying levels and cover a variety of subjects relevant to working within lettings. These include: basic and advanced negotiator training, applicant management, legal training, business generation, instruction taking and management techniques. The training courses vary in length and take place at different locations throughout the UK.

Courses are taught by a number of different internal and external trainers who are specialists in their chosen field, many of which are ARLA qualified.

Martin & Co are looking for a dynamic and pro-active individual to join their already successful team as a P/T Accounts Administrator working approximately 15 hours per week.  You will be an organised and numerate individual with a mature attitude.   

You will be required to:

·         Reconcile accounts
