We offer a comprehensive induction course when you join Martin & Co. There are also a number of training courses on offer as part of the well-established Training Academy. Courses are offered at varying levels and cover a variety of subjects relevant to working within lettings. These include: basic and advanced negotiator training, applicant management, legal training, business generation, instruction taking and management techniques. Staff can also study for the NFOPP Technical Award via distance learning and the Training Academy (subject to franchisee terms and conditions). The training courses vary in length and take place at different locations throughout the UK.
Courses are taught by a number of different internal and external trainers who are specialists in their chosen field, many of which are ARLA qualified.
